The migration of Information Technology Services systems to new servers and networks will mean brief outages over the next few weeks.
In 2015, IT Services embarked on a project to modernize aging server and storage infrastructure to meet increased demands on capacity.
“Our current storage technology is eight years old, and requires replacing,” says Bodek Frak, senior consultant in messaging, collaboration and project management. “The new server and storage architecture, when fully implemented, will give us additional expandable storage capacity as well as improved server performance.”
Each migration requires an outage of approximately 15 to 30 minutes. The few remaining systems scheduled are:

Thursday, February 18, at 6 a.m.

- AutoAudit (used by Internal Audit department)
- Q-Flow (used by Student Awards and Financial Aid)
- Crystal Reports (database reporting tool used by several systems)
- ISP-International Student Program (used by Centre for English Language Development)
- eRSO (used by Office Research Innovation Services)
- Inteum (used by Office Research Innovation Services)
- AAMS-Advanced Agent Management system (used by International Student Centre)
- Raiser’s Edge (used by Alumni Donor Records)
- TimeMatters (used by Law Faculty – Legal Aid)
- Titanium Schedule (used by Student Counselling Centre)
