The University’s new financial information system, UWinsite Finance, will go live Thursday, February 1, having an impact on campus members who travel, incur expenses, or procure goods.
Training and demonstration sessions will help maximize the benefits of UWinsite Finance. These sessions are free and open to all UWindsor faculty and staff, and include:
- Self-Service Procurement Demo
Learn how to complete the purchasing requisition process.
- Self-Service iExpenses Demo
Learn how to complete and submit a travel claim or expense form.
- UWinsite Finance for Administrators
Learn the system basics, the journal entry process, the Chart of Accounts 2.0, the deposit process as well as how to use the self-service Procurement and iExpenses modules.
- UWinsite Finance for Researchers
Learn the system basics, how to run and understand your grantee reports as well as how to use the self-service Procurement and iExpenses modules.
